1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, software systems, subscription services, and custom development work, Flexible Information Technology (Pvt) Ltd follows a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our software and services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Software as a Service (SaaS) Products

We offer free trial periods so customers can evaluate the system before purchasing. No refunds will be issued after the subscription is activated or renewed. Customers may cancel future subscription renewals at any time; however, previous payments are non-refundable. Subscription access will remain active until the current paid period ends.

3. Custom Software Development Projects

Project payments are non-refundable once development work has begun. If the customer cancels before work begins, only then may the advance be adjusted or refunded (subject to management approval). Milestone payments, once completed and delivered, are not refundable. If deliverables fail due to technical issues caused by us, we will rectify the issue, but no refund will be provided.

4. One-Time Software Licenses

All license purchases are final and non-refundable. Since digital license keys cannot be returned, no cancellations or returns are accepted once the license is issued or activated.

5. Support, Maintenance, and Hosting Services

All service fees are non-refundable. If a service is unused or partially used, no prorated refund will be provided.

6. Training Services

Training fees (online or onsite) are non-refundable once scheduled. If a customer needs to reschedule, we will assist depending on trainer availability.

7. Billing Errors

If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs due to a technical issue, please contact our support team immediately. Verified duplicate transactions will be reversed or credited, as applicable.

8. System Issues or Service Interruptions

If any software or service encounters a technical issue, our team will investigate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds.
